Big John was hired, possibly the worst decision we could of made, he has been paid out in full 3 months ago and the project still is not complete. We are dealing with a lot of workmanship issues, and after call after call and excuse after excuse the project is yet to be completed. We paid for fresh concrete and added fencing to fall within code, the man has added so many holes in my home stucco that side of the house looks like swiss cheese, the new fence is falling apart and will not shut, fresh concrete has so many cracks with rebar showing in the thin spots its so disappointing, that backyard is still a mess from the demo, tools and equipment left behind. Very unprofessional, save yourself the headache and go with somebody who knows what they are doing.
Update 1-11-21,
the fence has now fallen down, rebar is now showing through the concrete, the skimmer case is falling apart, and the Pebble is now showing signs of cracking, Big john is no where to be found.
