To all future possible candidates who want to work for this company here is my horror story while working for this company. I started with a old truck and trailer that was not properly maintained. All the equipment for this company is in the same condition. I lost numerous runs due to constant break downs. I spent numerous hours of my own time repairing the truck and trailer with my own tools I brought with me. I never got paid for my time doing it or even so much received a Thank You. When I moved into the truck it took me 13 hours to clean it and I had to remove 11 bags of trash. The filth and disgust was overwhelming. As far as the work I made 13-16 dollars an hour on the average load at 25%. As far as the demerge, waiting to get into location at $45.00 an hour to the truck, the truck driver gets $11.25 an hour (pure greediness on there part). As time went on I came to the realization of this and brought it to the attention of the owners. I gave them my notice because they did not want to compromise and change the rate of pay. Furthermore , I wanted to resign on good terms and give adequate notice. They refused to pay me my last pay check therefore I had to rely on the labor board to collect it for me. This was truly a slap in the face after the hard work I put into this company. Beware of going to work for this company.
