We hired this business for a large garage and driveway replacement job.
They did a great job on a parking pad but it went downhill after that.
The garage floor is uneven, grooves, pitted, odd lines, the pad just outside the garage door slopes to the INSIDE which is a problem for water and ice. The rest of the driveway is cracked, broken, the cut lines are all over the place.
They had to pour sections TWICE because their crew Forman James was in such a hurry he broke slabs trying to fix slabs he damaged with a bobcat. He hit our house with the bobcat and that’s not been repaired either.
We have been trying to work with them for just under a year with no results.
They destroyed our lawn, left debris all over the place, broke through our garage wall and never repaired that…gaps between the garage floor and wall from the pour they didn’t fill or fix…the sidewalk we had them do is also cracked, pitted and marred from James rushing and angry that we showed him damages and expected them fixed.
He told us we should’ve gone with a more expensive company if we wanted a good job done!
Where it stands this moment - they’ve (Lisa the owner) blocked our number from calling, they don’t respond to emails, Lisa personally guaranteed and promised to fix the problems effective today (no show no contact) and gave a 2 year warranty with a personal guarantee to fix all they’ve damaged and done incorrectly….
Not an action, not a word to resolve this.
Unfortunately we will have to hire an attorney to recover all costs and labor associated with their work and damage to our property and house.
Unless you like dumping thousands of dollars down the drain with work it looks like your unskilled neighbor did - I would suggest you use another company - after all James himself stated if you want GOOD work done - you should go with someone else…
I’ll happily update with a resolution if they wish to actually make things right…
