I constantly recommend Big Rock Homes to anyone looking to build! We built with Eric last year and it was such a great experience. I grew up in a construction family and I know how sketchy a lot of contractors can be and how many issues can arise, so I was nervous to build. We talked to a few different companies and then found Eric and I felt comfortable with him immediately. We couldn't afford a big glamorous home, and Eric never led us to believe we could afford something we couldn't. He was aware of our budget and never tried to up sale us on anything. He was very open and honest with us about everything. In fact towards the end our mortgage company made a mistake with the numbers and Eric being the man that he is took the hit for us leaving him with less to take home for him& his family just so we wouldn't be left without any money or a home. I am so thankful we found Big Rock Homes. Our home is beautiful and it stands out on our street! I'm so grateful we didn't go with someone else and end up in something we couldn't afford or end up in a cookie cutter home that blends in. He worked very hard to give us what we wanted, needed and could afford. Thank you Eric and Big Rock Homes, when we're ready for a bigger house we'll be calling you again!!

I cannot say enough how much I love my home, and pretty much anyone I talk to about homes, listens to me rave about how amazing my builder was! We built our first home with another builder previously and our experience with Eric Boucher, Big Rock Homes, was nothing short of wonderful! There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. We receive so many compliments from anyone who visits including many in the housing and real estate industry who are blown away by the quality of our home, because of our experience with Eric Boucher both of my husbands brothers are now also building with Big Rock Homes. There is no doubt in my mind when we decide to move and build again we will be using Eric again.

My experience with Eric Boucher was horrible, I would not recommend Big Rock Homes to anyone. Eric is extremely disrespectful toward women and has only his pocket book in mind when building homes.His listing realtor Blake Frei with Realty Executives is just as big a thief as Eric. His listings promise so many items only to find out after you have a contract that none of those items will be included. He currently has a home listed in Hurricane, UT offering $93 sq. ft. with a partially finished walk-out basement and fenced yard. This is a lie! It wasn’t until after having a contract that Eric told us he would not be doing any of the basement. We asked for weeks what it would cost for a finished basement and our allowances, never to receive them. Eric & Blake have decided to keep our money and still not offering to do any of the basement. I will be letting everyone know what a horrible experience we had.I would suggest going with a bigger builder with more experience.

Eric and his team have been absolutely incredible to work with. We built our dream vacation home down in Southern Utah, and they made the entire process simple and easy. We used his father to draw up our plans, and his designer took the inspiration pictures that we provided and designed an absolutely beautiful home for us. Considering the size of the home, they were incredibly quick and the build quality is fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Eric and his team to anyone that is considering building a home in Southern Utah.
