This guy Greg Sanchez Jarque is a total bullcrap liar. He will promise you stuff, then not back it up, waste your time, then leave you hanging.
We Called Greg and scheduled him to come out. He came LATE and didn’t call to say he was going to be late. Then his lazy ass just opens the back door, looks out and don’t measure. Says he’s been doing this long enough to know what to do. We should of known right after that it was going to be an irresponsible and unprofessional experience.
We waited to get other estimates and we decided to give him a try.
Called him and he told us he would send us an updated estimate rendition.. day after day of bull crap excuses we finally got another upriced estimate. We then went and got our financing. He then sent a half ass rendition. Looked nothing like our layout of property days later as usual.
He used the excuse “i got there at dark and never measured” UMMM OK. Seriously.. Maybe if you come on time and weren’t too lazy to measure....
BTW a real professional came out and measured at dark in the rain and sent us a proper professional rendition in 24 hours..
So we finally got rendition (just slightly better then half ass) and said ok just come out and measure right and get your numbers right.
He makes 2 appointments and just don’t show but texts me the next day with another bull crap Lie excuse why he couldn’t make it but never acknowledged he just stood us up.
He finally said he would come out on a Saturday at 10:30.. shows up at like 5.
Gets out the truck, sits on the steps and bosses a kid around to measure. God forbid you stand up and work.
He said ok ill call your financing company to confirm and get your agreement to start.
Now our financing company gives us 4 months from the time of approval to finish of project or you will get penalties.
We called our financing company to actually ask about Big Splash Pools since he said “that company loves me” well they do love him .... enough to inform us that with his bad credit and bad ratings that he’s only allowed to have 2 projects going on at a time!
Ok its like 3 weeks later, still haven’t heard from Greg lost almost a month on our loan deadline. He left us hanging.
And we just read all the NEGATIVE ratings online and saw his CRIMINAL record..
Wish we would of researched before he got a chance to discust us and waste our time and more importantly waste time on our loan while it has a job deadline.
What a piece of crap and horrible unprofessional person and company.
We called a real company who is on top of it and getting our project going.
