Very very disappointed in Big Wood roofing and Chaz the owner. We had them install snow stops on a small section of our roof and a gutter that ran along the length of the roof. After the first big snowstorm half of the gutter collapsed as there were no snow stops above it. We removed the collapsed part of the gutter ourselves then called Chaz ,leaving a message to report to him what had happened. He called back later that evening and told me that he figured the gutter would collapse because there were no snow stops above it which made me wonder why didn’t he tell us that in the first place? In a text( his mailbox is always full so you can’t call him) I requested that he replace the piece of gutter that had collapsed and brace the gutter every 2 feet rather than every 4 feet...that we had paid for a full gutter and that is what we would like. Three days later and I have not heard back from Chaz . We overpaid for this little section of roof his crew worked on and now it appears Chaz is happy to let the whole thing go since he has his money.
In summary, I definitely would NOT recommend BigWood roofing and Chaz to anyone. I feel he has no work ethic.
