Nothing but good things to say about Biggs. They did a retrofit on the house 2 years ago. They finished the job quickly and did great work. We had our house zoned and the damper was faulty from the manufacturer. They ended up replacing it 3 times (until the manufacturer finally made a dependable one!) at no cost until it was right. I have them service the unit twice a year. They always give you an approximate time, then call when they are on the way. Service techs are always nice and thorough. Pricing was comparable and they came recommended by my folks. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
