Builder couldn't get finalized blueprints for the construction loan to begin. After dragging their feet and giving us bogus the timeframes of getting the prints, the bank said we'd have to start the loan process over because it took Biglog so long. We decided we didn't want to do business with them after they couldn't even get our blueprints done on time. Even though they couldn't hold up their end of the contract, they refused to refund our deposit. They said we were just a young couple that had too high of dreams and really couldn't afford to build the home we had designed. We built the same floorplan with timber frame and all masonry exterior within the same year that we had the trouble with Biglog. I would not trust Ted and his partner with a lifelong investment of a home.
