  I wish he had a real website to rate him for the public to be better informed because he is the worst of the worst. Hired his company for a large project and after the first day after I asked him for basic paper work which he agreed before starting job he told me he was pulling his equipment I had the entire job planned . He agreed to stay for more money then agreed upon originally I had no choice but to pay as it would have been set back and would have cost me a lot more and he knows this. I got threw the phase and got rid of him as soon as possible. His father in law is a great guy and knows his trade he was the only positive part of my experience . So basically he is not one to be trusted with technical, Constuction timeframes, money, or his word. As a multi lic contactor every one of these flaws runs counterintuitive to being a sound and true contractor. My experience was a few years ago so yea Roger you know who I am. I would have posted along time ago but he is care full not to put himself out there for people to be able to complain but after reading these reviews and all the word of mouth around town about him you would think lsn would kick him off it seems this is where he gets alot of his victims/customers come from.

  He and his 80 plus year old father in.law was hired to clear my property. Messed it up and never returned. Cost me an additional 3grand to correct the issues. He also did a septic system for a friend of mine after I mistakenly recommended him. Messed it up. Septic doesn't work as it should. Not buried deep enough.

  Dig and pour footings. Install septic tank and drain field.

  Run don't walk. If you do hire Roger Bilbry be sure that you get a contract that includes every detail of the job and a receipt for every penny you give him. If you are not satisfied with any part of the job be prepared to spend months trying to get the problem fixed.

  Fix driveway

  Roger Bilbrey calls himself a construction worker. Works for himself. He owns some equipment. Bobcat, small dumptruck and such. He always asks for money up front. I am elderly woman with disabled husband. Saw his ad on LSN (local sale network). Trusted him with my $7,000.00 that I had been saving up for a very long time. He was supposed to fix my driveway. He put down two loads of rock and never did anything else for going on 2 years now. He stole that money. Also he crushed one of my culverts. That cost me $1500.00. Roger Bilbrey is a thief. Do not do business with Bilbrey Construction.

  Build bedroom addition.

  Required me to pay up front and did not do the job. I am begging you Mr. Roger please give me my money back. That was all I had.
