I had a very disappointing experience with Bill Allen Construction. From the beginning, communication was poor and unprofessional, and despite promises made, the follow-through was not there. What stood out the most was that payment arrangements and agreements were not honored. They gave assurances about timelines and costs, but when it came time to settle things as promised, they failed to pay and left me chasing after what was owed.
On top of that, the work quality did not match the expectations they set. Deadlines were missed repeatedly, and there seemed to be little accountability when problems arose. Instead of addressing issues directly, they often avoided responsibility or shifted blame. A project that should have been straightforward turned into a stressful and frustrating process.
Trust is everything when it comes to construction, and unfortunately, Bill Allen Construction did not deliver on their word. If you are considering working with them, I would strongly recommend being cautious and making sure everything is documented in writing, as my experience showed they do not stand behind their promises.
