    ADDITION TO HOME

    Mr. Baxter built an addition to our York County, Va., waterfront home and later put in a bulkhead that was approved in advance by our county's wetlands board. More than a decade later, the addition looks "like new". The hardwood flooring, insulated windows, and bathroom reflect Quality and gave fresh new life to our 1970's vintage home. We live in the addition, especially on the third floor with its fantastic waterfront view. Work was high quality and has stood the test of time. The bulkhead is standing strong to this day and reflects Mr. Baxter's professionalism and attention to quality and detail.

    Bathroom renovation took 3 weeks on what should have taken just 1. Work was decent but the time was a big issue.
