I'm not sure why Mr. Evan's BBB rating was only a C. I did see a news clip a few months ago that the BBB will upgrade ratings if the contractor pays them to do so. [WTAE channel 4 Action News posted the story]. He & his crew put a new roof on my father's house. Not only was the work flawless, My father & I appreciated his trustworthiness, & his work ethics. He went out of his way to satisfy my father's requests. In my experience, working with many contractors over the years, this is rare indeed.
