    Add a bedroom

    First of all I want to make clear that all of the trades used on our addition were excellent. Everything that Bill Fraser touched was shoddy workmanship. All he needed to do was add a 26x18 bedroom. He cut off the 2' overhang on the existing building to tie into. He left that exposed, no tarp to protect where it was opened. It poured that afternoon, rained down the drywall and flooded the existing room. We have pictures and video of everything I am writing. He didn't make the opening big enough for the french door. Ended up jamming the door in so tight everything was wavy and warped. He said he was going to fix it. He actually cut off the top of one of the doors!! He cut off the tails on our engineered trusses!!! Rain poured in under the door due to not having a proper overhang and not calking the metal threshold. We also have a roof leak. There is more, but I think this is enough to show why you should not hire Fraser Construction.

    Bill Fraser is a very dangerous hire. He stole and lied to me in order to not have to fix his mistakes. Bill Fraser should not be trusted if you want a quality product. Beware hiring this contractor.
