    I cannot speak to working with Bill Holmes... but I can attest to his character. He was parked in one of my designated parking spots with plenty of signage indicating violators will be towed. When I asked him to move, he was rude aggressive, abusive and loud. So much so that my neighbor was shocked and prepared to call the police. He was not working at the time, so there was no interruption to any business activity... he simply felt entitled to park anywhere he wanted on his time off. Based on this experience I would urge people to steer clear of this contractor, I cannot imagine decent professionalism from somebody who behaves like this in private.
