I have lived in 6 states so have a good understanding of home quality. I am very disappointed in my new Bill Most home. I have been trying to get Bill Most builders to complete repairs but once the home is over 1-year-old they totally blow you off unless you get a lawyer. I have had 4 HVAC companies inspect my system and they all say the same thing, the system was not installed properly and the workmanship was subpar. Even though they have these reports they will do nothing.
Bill Most homes have done such a poor job pouring cement they have had to replace many porches and driveways but only after being forced by possible legal action.
I do not recommend anyone who does not stand behind the product.

Building a home with Bill Most has been challenging, to say the least. His son Bob will cuss at you and they will threaten to cancel your contract and just offer your money back if you push for anything to get done how you would like it. Communication is terrible. Everything is sub-contracted out so you might have your options picked out then all of sudden you get an email stating they swapped subcontractors and you have to start all over and then they demand you get it done NOW! Don't count on any dates or deadlines they give you. They won't happen. Warranty issues are a nightmare and it takes threatening legal action to get anything done. If I had to do it all over I would not have gone with Bill Most construction.
