Quick with quotes and installation but no long term customer service!! Such a pity that I have to write this review to warn others. Had my roof installed in 2016 - now I’ve been trying over 2 months to get hold of Bill or anyone at the company. I’ve figured out he is a one man show as there is only a v.m. with his voice on both office and cell phone where I’ve let 17msgs. Their is only a PO Box address so you can’t mail a letter requiring his signature. A very disappointing and frustrating end to working with what I had originally thought was a professional set up. Stay away - he’s not worth the trouble and frustration when you really need help.
