    2 story tudor home job well done

    I would highly recommend Williams construction .
    I had plans to put a 2 story English Tudor home in wild valley farms sub.,
    in sping of 1988.
    after consulting will bill and his crew, he said that they could do the job in 90 days.
    we went in the ground early of april and and moved in aug 8 1988.

    now its 30 years later and have had little or no problems,

    I would say that I am very happy with the job that was done.

    Foundation & Septic system

    I contracted with Bill Williams to excavate and pour a foundation and put in the septic system for my home , which they did. The foundation has cracks in all the walls and has settled enough to crack walls upstairs. Roy their septic installer put in the wrong septic tank and did such a poor job that we’ve had problems ever since. While initially they did respond ,they never corrected the problems. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

    Basement Finish

    Five weeks into the process, after much paperwork and discussion, they just backed out due to being "too busy". No mention of this less than a week prior when I spoke to them on the phone. Horrid way to treat people
