  Replaced old Roof with a new roof and bedroom

  Louis W. Billa did the worst job ever on my roof! I just found this site and wish that I have seen this prior to paying Louis Billa. The name that he gave me for his company was not the one on this site. I paid him to replace the roof and he did what he wanted (he did a repair job). We even discussed the other estimates (work that needed to be completed in detail) that I received from other roofers. He did not tear up any of the old roofing material, he covered it will two different type of roofing liquids. I kept asking for everything in writing and pictures to see how it was completed. He stated that I haven’t received my contract because he was overwhelmed with other jobs. And didn’t receive pictures because he didn’t know how to send them. He stated that he was going to purchase the 8-9 rolls of the roofing materials that cost $200 each. Asked for receipts and never received them. His worker was disrespectful!
  I also paid him to fix the bedroom were the roof caused damaged. He opened up part of the roof and allowed water to run on the bedrooms floor. He said that water wasn’t going to do any damage. After he put the compound on the walls and ceiling, he said you have someone to sand it. I said I don’t do that. I said you do not have that written anywhere and never verbally stated that you didn’t. He did not put the baseboard around the bottom of the wall, didn’t fix the trimming of the door that he pulled apart. He put up a closet and didn’t complete it. He left screws hanging out of the ceiling and half of the ceiling without compound.
  He would come at 8 pm or 9pm, stay for 30 minutes tops and leave. A few times, he did stay for two hours. He would do a no call, no show for two to three times a week. He was hired in the middle of January and it’s March. The work in the bedroom is still left undone. He get an attitude if I ask questions and says your the only customer that gives me a problem. He said none of his other clients don’t ask questions because they trust him. Told me that I need to stay in a woman’s place.
  I could definitely write more to this review about the lack of customer service, the unprofessionalism from the workers and himself and the poor workmanship. When taking to him about dates, times and not showing up, I asked him for a phone call or text. Sad to say, I always had to reach out to him. I always received an excuse, I’m in pain and my meds are working. Or him and the workers overslept. The driver doesn’t have the proper tires to travel. The backs of trash sat in front of my house for over a month. Constantly asked about the trash removal and I kept getting the runaround. The people came to my house at 11pm making tunes of noise. This entire experience was beyond frustrating and makes me look at people differently.

  $9,000

  I hired Louis Billa and signed a 9,000 contract to complete a housing project. I paid him $4,000 cash and he only purchased 6 pieces of sheet rock and a bag of nails. He requested more money within only 4 days of the project. He never purchased a supply didn't pay his workers when I questioned him and refused to pay more until he was able to offer an explanation. He did not complete nothing and did not pay his workers because he couldn't steal any more of my money!! I will advise everyone to run he's slick cunning very manipulative in particularly with women. Do not get fooled by this man please. I felt so bad for his workers I personally paid them out my pocket on top of the $4,000. I bless that God will give him what he deserves!!

  Her For You Contractors Llc. Contractors under CEO Louis Billa is a very unprofessional and incompetent organization. They had my elderlymother sign a contract for to paint her house for $2,500.00 and never completed the job properly. Louis Billa, CEO, promised her job would be finished in 2 days with a work crew but instead , after a week and a had paint spills were everywhere paint chips were on the roof (that clogged her gutters. BE AWARE OF UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS

  repair a commercial store roof of the size over 6000 sq ft.

  I have hired Mr. Louis Billa for repairing my store roof in June and he took half of my money$7300 in June, 2017. Since then, in September, 2017 he has not acquired the New Castle county work permit or registered as a licensed contractor thus, could not work on my store roof. He would not refund the money or gave me a justifiable explanation so I hired a real estate lawyer as today and I am still waiting for Mr. Louis response on this matter. I would think twice before hiring him.
