Excellent plumber. He replaced our old boiler with a new system, which entailed a total replumbing of the old piping, boiler, and zones. He also installed heat exchangers for us so we have backup heating and an air conditioning system now . All was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend. Carol

ridiculously bad. Didn't close out permits, manufacturer said things were installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced, unresponsive. Never met the inspector. I could go on. Would advise to stay away.

Bid $19k. Paid first invoice of $17k. He couldn't meet the building inspector, I had to hire someone else to get his work up 2 code, and he submitted a $27k final bill. Hire fred's, perfect temp, bourne's. The boiler manfucature said install was wrong. Roland was impossible to get ahold of to fix. Said he would, then never heard from him again except to pay for incomplete work.

Excellent plumber,he installed a 4zone boiler an plumbed 3 bathrooms,fast, efficient and on budget. I would highly recommend him for any heating or plumbing work. Tom Montpelier

I have had Roland do several plumbing and heating projects for me during the past 40 years!!! He has always done an excellent job and has done work for my daughter, as well. He has literally come to my rescue and hers. I called him when her dryer broke and he was there within a couple of days. He also changed out a stand up shower for me after phoning him re: and elderly woman needing it done ASAP. He was at the house the very next day to remove the tub/shower combo and just a few days after that, installed the new one. He also recommended Bill Paine, to do the drywall. I phoned Bill and he came as soon as Roland was finished. WOW! What great service. They ate fast, efficient and honest.
Would highly recommend Roland for any plumbing and heating needs and Bill for drywall needs.
