This guy is terrible. He came home, gave me a quote. I was fine with the quote. Fixed an appointment. He asked me to buy a few things for installation before he can show up. He was replying to texts to the questions I had about the things he asked me to purchase. I purchased things. And, then he didn't show up on the installation day. He didn't answer the call. I called more than 15 times in 3 days and texted several times. He didn't show up and neither responded to my texts/calls.
