Bill's Quality Air Conditioning

Bills Quality Air is terrible company to work with - They didn't show up on time, showed up at the last min .. didn't check the system for leaks and charged 185 to fill a split air - which leaked out mins after they left. they refused to call back - when they finally did they said it would be another 185 to come back out. -- Avoid Bill's Quality Air in Bradenton call someone else

I called today at almost 4:00pm. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and understanding. Rick showed up within an hour. I was very pleased with his service and knowledge of what he was doing. He didn’t even mind the kids asking questions and the dog being nosey. He was in and out with everything fixed in about an hour and out under $100! I will highly recommend this company and Rick in the future. As they have gained a new customer! Our household thanks you tremendously!

We called Bill's Quality A/C to get a second opinion on our office unit that was not working after another local, well-known A/C company was first called for repair and was here about 10 mins total (didn't even check the outside unit) and told us our unit was old & needed replaced. Bill's showed up and had us running in about 30 minutes! Turns out it was a bad dual capacitor cap on the outside unit and the coils needed cleaned. Their price was very reasonable. We are happy campers, soaking up the now working A/C in our office and they have gained 2 new customers with our business and the owner's personal residence. Highly, highly recommend!! Great company, friendly & knowledgeable technician and great prices!

His standard of works and prices can’t be beat - very fair and extremely honest .

Came home from a month long vacation to find our air conditioning had quit working. I called Bill and he was out to our home the same afternoon and got it working again. We have used Bill in the past and he is always on time, honest and straight forward. He will never try to sell you something you do not need.

Bill's Quality A/C has done work for both my employer and myself as a customer. He has worked for my employer for years and after going through two contractors, leaving the first due to repeated trip charges and repairs for the same problem and no recourse by the company, then, a second opinion being obtained by a 'friend' for a different issue who told us we would have to replace our entire unit for about $5000, I called Bill and he came out and our repair covered the trip charge and a new thermostat and things have been working great! He runs his business with the same ethics as my husband and that's hard to find. I strongly recommend him to anyone including my husband's customers.
