There was a problem with an electrical component he installed, and he knew about it when he "completed" the job -- knew that he was obligated to provide a replacement part. I waited three months for him to follow up, but he did not do so. Then I called several times reminding him of the problem and asking him to fix it -- I left two or three messages, and talked to him personally once. He promised to stop by with the replacement part "by the end of the week." That was four months ago, and he never showed up.
