I used this company on a referral from a relatives, expecting them to be excellent at their installation and customer service. However, what I found was they were not prompt to respond to customers and once the money was received, I was treated with disrespect and they had no more time for me. The install was a problem from the beginning, but the installer (Mitchell Joseph Roller Dye) made excuses and even blamed the problems on my house. Initially he refused to come back out, although it had only been a day since the installation. After making myself available for days on end, he never showed up at the time I was promised. I finally asked for my money back after at least 3 attempts to get him to replace the unit. I checked his references and they were bogus. I have since found out that this employee has an arrest record (I cannot see the detail, but it's there). I would NOT recommend this company to do any work for you. I am filing a complaint and will be reporting them to several agencies.
