customer service was bad from the beginning. tech came out and fixed the wrong thing and when i called for someone to come back once he came back out he said he could not fix it that he would go back to the shop and discuss it and someone would call me, no one ever called so i waited 2 days and called back to get more attitude from the girl that answers their phones she told me someone would be back out tomorrow which was 2 days ago and still no one has called or came back. they take your money for the service calls and never fix or follow up with you. never using you again
