Billy set two separate times to meet to go over the job and wouldn’t show up or call. (We’d already gone over what was to be done several times already) Most recently was Mother’s Day. His response to not showing up was that he had a life. Well, so do we but we were waiting on you when you’re the one that set the date. He had persistent convenient amnesia! Luckily after the first incident of he said-he said with my husband I documented everything afterwards via text with Billy. The final straw was when he blamed the bank, his workers for wanting to collect unemployment verses working, blamed us, and was caught being dishonest several times in one conversation. When I sent him screenshots that proved he was wasn’t telling the truth, he had nothing else to say. He doesn’t write anything down. Yet, he wanted to be walked through the house repeatedly. Mind you, when he wants to get paid, he won’t quit calling and texting even though he knew funds would be paid from the title company. We had it with the dishonesty, Billy trying to play my husband and I against each other, and his lack of integrity. As if all this wasn’t enough, we literally had to chase him and that’s not acceptable.
