My experience with this company was once a good one when the owner was still there. He has let his oldest son take over and he has made a joke of this family business. He is the most unsociable person I have ever worked with. He has no compassion when it comes to his clients. It's all about that dollar for him and the women who work in the office is just as rude. This their customer service sucks. I once thought this company was a good company, but as I see the company employees treated like garbage, I refuse to call them. I have gone to great lengths to try to contact the owner to let him know his son is driving his business into the ground but he never responded. The owner needs to take a look at how his business is being run, because if not the doors may just shut some day because of the arrogance that seeps out of those company doors. I'm a business owner myself and if you treat people the way this company treats people eventually the company will loose to companies with better customer service and more respect for who works in the company. So unless you want the person who runs this company smart mouth around you I'd go elsewhere.
