Dana ran a line in our attic to bypass the busted hot water pipe in our foundation. The work performed result was satisfactory. As we are technicians we had already determined many of the things she had to troubleshoot in our older home. We had intended to do the work ourselves but an medical emergency prevented this. She just didn't trust the the information we tried to tell her and repeated the testing of the pipe runs in our our plumbing. Dana did a fine job. In hindsight I would have also repeated the work. We have hot water and so far no leaks.
