Had my fireplace serviced in September and it worked when the tech was here. When I tried to start it in November, it wouldn’t ignite. They came out and charged for another service call and a replacement part at twice the price I could buy it for on Amazon. I talked to the owner who was very rude and insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about. Last time they will get any business from me..Absolutely lousy customer skill from the owner.
