Zac has been awesome. I'd totally recommend him and his team. The project was to add a second story and a master bed/bath suite to a 2 bed/1 bath bungalow and vault the ceilings on the rest of the house, gut and remodel the kitchen. Zac and the team reinforced our foundation and practically built a whole new house from the floor up. They've been professional, reliable and the project is going to finish on time. We expect to move back in by our very hard and fast deadline of 2/15.
With any big project, there will be issues, because no one can foresee everything and so dealing with someone who keeps the drama low and their problem-solving hat on (although there really haven't been many "problems") has made the project really workable and even enjoyable. Zac's bid docs were extensive and precise. I'd definitely recommend him as a contractor.
