    Terrible experience. He failed all the permits for new bathrooms and windows. My windows leak and the plumbing and tiling have to be redone in my bathrooms . He damaged my appliances and furniture. The job is incomplete- he refused to finish the job or correct his mistakes. Do not use him. !!!!

    Very bad experience working with Bivens construction. He never finished the job and we had to fire him. Difficult to communicate with, he always told us things were completed that were not. Also got us in a lot of trouble with our HOA as he never got a permit and claimed he didn’t need one yet he billed us for a permit. Expensive to fix his mistakes-lesson learned.
