Kitchen, two bathrooms, replacement of all doors, painting
    $24,000

Simply best of the best. Not cheap but not crazy expensive. A little above average but worth every penny. Also that company is a one stop shopping - tiling, sheetrock, painting, plumbing work, electrical- you name it. They will take care of all the paperwork with the management and building department and finish in time which never happened with other contractors in my previous renovations. I was really surprised how punctual they are. They were recommended by several neighbors in my building. And I am simply happy! And will be definitely recommending them to everyone who is planning to do renovation without any headaches and on highest level possible! Also I think its very important - super clean! Good luck guys.

This contractor is a scam artist. He began work on an oral agreement, but failed to obtain all necessary permits, falsified old bills by rubbing off their dates and trying to submit them, performing electrical work that was not to code and could have resulted in a fire, and walked off the job when it was discovered that he was painting over damaged walls instead of replacing them. Now, he is using the court system to extort money from owners, as it costs more to defend and countersue over construction claims than it is to settle. BUYER BEWARE.
