    I've worked with Brett and his team on multiple projects including a couple of custom designed apartment projects, a hotel conversion and the adaptive reuse of my office space.

    Brett has an amazing eye for design and the experience to create a great space. He's extremely knowledgable on the building process. They take the time to help educate me on the finer things of the code as well as to fight against the powers at be to help us get difficult permits for reuse projects.

    I look forward to completing future projects with BKL/A as well.
