They were neat and on time. Like any contractor you have to make sure you understand exactly what they will do and provide. Just make sure they use quality paint!

Our condo building used John at Black and White to fix and paint the front of our building. He agreed to take the job and at our request included a 3 year warranty on the work. The paint started peeling and looking terrible almost immediately. After struggling to get ahold of John to honor the warranty, he did return to make repairs. Again, it did not hold, and he said he would refuse to come back and honor the warranty. Our condo is in the midst of pursuing legal action against him. I would be wary of hiring this company. Based on our experience, his work is not high quality nor does he honor his word/contract.

John at Black and white painting is terrible. He used low quality paint and his workers were awful. He cursed all day long and was just a bit too pushy with his con man lines. I would NOT recommend him for anything. I had to hire another company to fix all that shabby work.
