My husband and I recently bought a fixer upper that we planned on fixing up as we had the money to do so. Unfortunately we experienced unforseen circumstances which made it difficult to fix up our new home.
Our drive way was horrible and our kids and guests would track in dirt.
I called around to every asphalt company in Sacramento to get a reasonable price. The only company that was quick to respond and was sympathetic to my situation was Black Diamond Co. sacramento. Not only did they do a great job but they have excellent customer service and great rates. Thank you Black Diamond for my new driveway! -

Been trying to collect a small bill from Black Diamond for months with no luck. We call Jesse Serrato at 916-870-5984 and 530-391-5217 2 or 3 times a week. He never answers and never returns calls to us. I talked to him near the beginning of our dealings with him. He had failed to pay an early bill as promised and told me a story and that he would be in to pay that day. He just needed our services a little bit more that day. I allowed that and I have never been able to reach him since.

Jesse came out and gave me a fair bid on my asphalt sealing job that had to be done. Jesse and another worker came out the next day to do the job. They finished, cleaning the asphalt and spraying the product in less than an hour.....l liked the finished product UNTIL less than three months later the product started to flake off. After several phone calls and two conversations with Jesse, I have yet to see or hear from Jesse about making the sealing job right.
