Chuck Mansi of Black Diamond did a major complex 930 sq.ft. addition to our home two years ago. I rate them exceptional...very easy to work with...very easy to communicate with....superior skill and efficiency ....results are top notch. As with any construction project various issues arise in the process. Chuck communicated these quickly and well with various options to resolve them. The systems nature of scheduling and orchestrating subcontractors takes exceptional systems management skills which Chuck has exceptional ability at. I would recommend Mansi and Black Diamond to anyone and would definitely use again should the occasion arise. The best of the best !!!! 5 stars isn't enough to rate such exceptional performance.
