    Dan Dougherty is the consummate professional with great integrity. He built the highest quality pool/spa and went to great lengths to assure it was finished on time (in fact early) and on budget. His subs are beyond being skilled laborers and instead are artisans who worked hard and with consideration for us. And equally important is Dan’s gift for communicating with his client. He is proactive in communicating information before asked and is always available 7 days a week. Anyone would be pleased they selected Black Rock for their work.
