When we had a building inspector examine our home, he said is was somewhat embarrassed in not being able to find anything wrong. What really sets Blackrock apart from other builders is service after the sell. Even though it's been two years, the owner still corrects minor things that always turn up with new construction. If you want a quality product at a reasonable price with service after the sell, go with Blackrock!
