experience was terrible. owner clearly had no clue what he was doing and consistently refuses to pay his subs in full. I can't find his license number as active on the LA board or I would file a complaint. This guy is a real piece of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I was told they had an active contractor's license but can't find evidence of it as active. Job started off ok, but as we went along, progress slowed and I kept getting promised a date they would show up to work and no one came. This happened at least 3 times. I honestly think he doesn't have the income to pay his workers and he had to dart around to different jobs that he could collect on each week to pay them. Some of the painting work they did had to be redone by someone else after the fact because it was peeling off the trim. Proper prep was obviously not done. Would not recommend.
