Mr Blackwell does not even deserve a zero. Mr. Blackwell put an Air Condition unit in at the end of April 2012 for our company and the temperature never dropped below 80 degree in our building, and the unit never cut off. On July 24, 2012 the unit COMPLETELY STOP WORKING.
We have tried numerous times to contact Mr. Blackwell to come check the unit when we first started experiencing problems. Every time we got in contact with him we would give us a bunch of excuses on why the unit was not working correctly to cool the building. Then he started to tell us that he told his assistant, Eric, to come over and check the unit but NO ONE SHOWED UP. So please purchase a LARGE SHOVEL to clean up the pile of bulls--- he is going to tell you.
We have had two different companies come and check the unit and we was told that Mr. Blackwell did not give us the proper size unit for our building size. The last time we had any contact with Mr. Blackwell on June 25 2012 and we was told that the part needed to fix the unit was on back order and I guess it still is......
ON JULY 26 2012 I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MR. BLACKWELL WHEN I CALLED HIM FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER WITH A DIFFERENT AREA CODE. WHEN HE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND I TOLD HIM WHO I WAS HE TRIED TO PRETEND LIKE HE WAS SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN HANG UP. I WOULD NOT LET MR BLACKWELL PUT A AIR CONDITION UNIT IN MY DOG'S HOUSE AND WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO COME ON OUR PROPERTY.
