    I got a bid from Blaine Hone excavating to dig for footings and foundation. He bid it at $1850. I agreed to that and the work was done. I got a bill for $5500. Evidently, the guy that did the excavating thought it "easier" to bring out a dump truck and haul the dirt to a neighboring lot. Don't know why he did that since there was plenty of space around the lot for the dirt. I wasn't asked before hand about it or made aware of any added costs.
