Permits
- Building permit records show that Blair Built LLC has worked on 10 permitted projects.
James did not do work for me. He came and viewed the job and was very nice. He said he wanted the job so I stopped looking for anyone else based on his statement that I would have a bid soon. I called or texted 7 times requesting the bid. A few times he assured me it was coming but then he stopped responding. After 30 days I still don't have a bid. I am disappointed because I was impressed initially and excited about them doing the work, but the end result was that I wasted an entire month waiting for nothing and now have to start over. He may do good work, I wouldn't know. I wish he would have told me he wasn't going to take my job, rather than leaving me hanging.
