  New front walk

  Worst experience, I urge you to avoid hiring Blaise Santangelo design and landscaping. Blaise is a greasy salesman; he is extremely attentive until you sign the contract. After signing, he became a living nightmare to deal with. It took weeks for him to start the project and when his guys did show up, they worked for two hours and left. We were lucky if they worked more than two hours any given day, and weeks would go by between work days. I had to constantly call and text Blaise to get him to send his crew over to work on my project. We had our front walk redone and therefore we were without a front walk for six months. The house across the street from us had an entire addition started and completed in less time than our small front walk. One time I found Blaise’s guys sleeping on our front yard…and they only worked two hours that day!
  I had to supervise the entire project to ensure it was being done correctly; I thought I was paying Blaise to do that, but he rarely was seen on site. I caught Blaise’s guys using the wrong size materials, installing the materials incorrectly…this was not what I signed up for. It wasn’t until after I signed the contract that I learned some others people I know had the same exact experience with Blaise Santangelo.
  When winter came, after he finally completed the walk, one of the stone slabs cracked; turns out Blaise forgot to install an expansion joint. In the spring Blaise came back to cut the expansion joint and replace the broken slab and left before filling the expansion gap with silicon…after months of calling and texting him to please come complete the expansion joint, and Blaise promising to send his guys to do it; in the end they never came back and the expansion joint looks awful.
  I am writing this to help you avoid going through the same nightmare.

  Stucco, stone, some masonry

  Blaise Santangelo Design & Landscaping Inc. is the absolute WORST. On March 2016 I asked him to perform stone, stucco, and masonry work on my property. He rushed me to pay for a portion of the work upfront and I tentatively agreed because I thought he could be trusted. Instead of performing work consistently, he did a haphazard job then disappeared for months. I texted, called, and mailed him multiple times and received nothing but what turned out to me false commitments. Well almost a year has passed - but he never finished the portion of the work I paid him for and basically abandoned the job, leaving my business suffering because of how badly the exterior was left. I can understand that he's understaffed but promising to work on a specific date, for example, and not honoring that suggests a different kind of problem. Long story short - do not trust this man at all costs! I found out that he has done extensive work in my neighborhood for some of whom I know and they've personally expressed to me their dissatisfaction with his inability to complete a job. It's a shame because he seems like a nice man but he screwed me over big time. Now I'm left having to find a new contractor and potentially filing suit. Be very cautious with Blaise Santangelo Design and Landscape Inc.

  Blaise Santangelo Design And Landscape Inc is working on a neighbor's house. I was very appalled to find one of your workers relieving himself in my yard. Further inspection showed a very worn path from my neighbor's yard to mine suggesting that this was not an isolated incident. The went so far as cutting away some of my foliage so that they could get further into my yard under cover.

  After being caught, the next morning I observed one of the same workers relieving himself on the back corner of my neighbor's house, the very house they are working. I haven't seen the end product of their work but such unprofessional behavior far out shadows any workmanship in my opinion!
