We did not have a good experience with this company. First, the original quoted prices were raised at the end of each job, as more money was demanded than originally agreed on. There were several excuses for this, including so-called extra items that were required for the job, or the price of certain materials had went up, etc. We had laminate wood flooring installed in most of our house, 1000+ sq.ft., and 2-3 months later we had major buckling problems, as the wood was installed too tightly. They came back once to try and rectify this problem, and did some minor fixes, but as they had been paid in full for the job, they just stopped coming and/or responding to our requests to complete the job. The floor is still not corrected, and we will have to hire another company to complete the job correctly..
They also installed a laminate floor in the kitchen, and built a wood deck (again, both of these with much higher than original quoted prices), before the flooring problems came to light, or we would never have had them do any of these 2 other items.
