April 9, 2011 was the night of 129 tornadoes in NC. Our home suffered from wind and hail damage. We called the insurance adjuster to file a claim, and he agreed to pay for half a roof replacement because he felt only half was damaged. Daniel contacted the insurance company on our behalf, and met with another adjuster to review the damage. About 10 minutes later, the adjuster agreed to replace the entire roof, replace the guttering damaged by wind, and screens on our windows that had holes in them from the hail. The work was completed expeditiously, most professionally, and exactly as promised. I just think I have the best looking roof in Cleveland County! If you need a contractor, call Daniel. The work will be done right, the first time, exactly as promised.
