Not to be trusted. Poor contractor that does not show up to manage project. Used substandard items when upper quality materials were paid for. Bait and switch dishonest behavior with him. He tells many "stories" when questioned about his actions, contradicting his statements. Very nice at first, but watch out, he plays "games" for his financial gains.
