If I could give zero stars I would. Kris the plumber came to my West Village townhouse and destroyed my very expensive faucet with careless, shoddy workmanship. Instead of carefully removing the bottom piece to address a simple water stream issue he damaged it completely.
His so-called work style is a nightmare. He wraps sloppy Teflon plumbers tape all over connections, leaving everything looking worse than before he arrived. This is not neat plumbing, it is amateur hour.
They were supposed to replace the faucet and I have been waiting for months with no response. No accountability, no follow through, nothing but silence. I am now left with a damaged fixture and will have to seek legal advice to recover the cost of their negligence.
If you value your home and do not want it destroyed do NOT hire Kris or this company. Their work is sloppy, their communication nonexistent, and they clearly do not care about the damage they cause to people’s property.
