I am a residential architect living on the Cape. I was recently assisting a neighbor with a small renovation job that required a contractor. After obtaining three competitive bids the job was awarded to B.L.D. Renovations. While other contractors did a cursory job looking over the work and submitting a bid, B.L.D. came back several times with subcontractors to make sure he would pass on any savings to the homeowner.
During the course of the construction I observed the quality of work performed by B.L.D. Renovations. I was extremely impressed with the care taken in preparing the home for the renovations to minimize the impact on the unaffected living space. The quality of construction and timely completion was impressive.
I would not hesitate to recommend this contractor to anyone interested in new or renovation construction.
