Very poor craftsmanship. Ordered the wrong order and did not have the decency to admit it. His installation is very very poor. His work is very sloppy and he damaged the blinds and did not even tell me. When I inspected the blinds I noticed he tried to conceal the damage with white puddy. When asked about the damage, he said, “it could have been dropped and I and surprised you caught that”, are you kidding me? The frames were also dropped. Half the blinds were sealed and when I asked him about it, he said, you don’t really need to seal the frames. If that was the case, why did you seal some and left the others unsealed? The frames all had three latches per frame with three hole screws per latch. Some only had one screwed in on each latch and some had two screws on each latch (suppose to be three screws per latch). When asked about that, he responded with, we know what we’re doing and will take care of it. “ After he said he was done, half of not more screws were missing. Because of his sloppiness and unprofessionalism, I did not bother having him complete the errors as I did not want him to further damage the blinds and my house knowing I will be calling a professional to come and redo the project.
I am very shocked at the positive reviews.
I had to call a professional blind company to come by as soon as he left to fix/finish the mess.
You have been **WARNED**. This was an amateur job at best.
