This is a real con man and a fake company. STAY AWAY. I DO NOT SEE HIM ADVERTIZING IN THE HEMLOCK FARMS NEWS ANYMORE, THANK GOD, WHICH IS WHERE I FOUND THE COMPANY. Tamas comes off as really nice , professional, sincere and honest, so you are inclined to trust him. After we signed the contract which included a no deposit due, he returned to tell me he could not guarantee the price agreed which was due to increase by the time the job would be started at the beginning of the season, and so to secure the quoted price he needed a down payment. I gave a down payment, and it was like pulling teeth since then to get the old AC removed and replaced. I went through the entire summer in sweltering heat without AC, because he had removed the old AC which was working fine, but was just old. I needed to have some cement work done where the old AC was located outside my house and decided to replace the AC as it was almost 20 years old. He finally changed the AC, I paid him the remaining balance, and he did not give me the guarantee papers. He said he would file them with the manufacturer on my behalf. That was never done and despite numerous phone calls and emails, he is not returning calls. Is there somewhere I can file a complaint??
