Stay away from Travis (Blizzard Remodeling & Improvement Services)!! I can't stress this enough. Nobody deserves to get scammed and treated like this. I'm bringing this to light so that no other innocent person goes through the nightmare I'm going through. Travis told me to make the 1st deposit of $1400 to start the installation of my boiler on December 17, 2019. I made the payments and he was a on-call no-show. Until January 4, 2020. Came very late and hung the boiler, asked for more money and increased my initial quote by $650. I gave him an additional $1050 cash and he promised to continue install the next day and never showed up or even call me. Since then it has been one lie after another. Finally admitted that he can't do the install. I have been calling and texting and he doesn't pick up or return my calls. I have exhausted every effort to get my refund and all I get is lies from Travis. This is by far the most dishonest and terrible contractor I have ever dealt with and I wonder how he still does business. I have reported to the state, currently opening a case with Small claims court to get my refund. The last time he promised to come and continue my install, was just a way to pick up his materials from my house to use on another project. He will set and appointment with you and either not call you or call about 4 hours after the scheduled to tell you another lie. I will not rest until I get my money from Travis.
